Leah Knibbs owns Kn/a HR Consulting and is a partner in Kn/a Sourcing People, a recruiting firm. She is a result-producing individual with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive human resource management strategies and successful recruitment. Her adeptness at communicating and HR knowledge has enabled her to work with a diverse group of clients and projects. Client organizations range from 3 to 2000 employees, operating in urban and rural areas, and are private and public.
